Euroteam has developed an effective Customer Relation Management system (CRM) using the same innovative technologies supporting its site developments.

The first application has been integrated into the Lastminute Tunisie portal which manages the bookings of 4-5 star hotel customers.

The excellent performances obtained have allowed our partners to propose customized versions of the CRM in various sectors such as real estate, parking management (Palermo Airport), car rental and product sales (wines in Tunisia and Italy ).

The synergy between social marketing and CRM has proven to be a winning approach in increasing prospects and sales.

We are therefore continuing with this strategy, proposing it to new customers who often request a site just to be visible on the web, but do not think about how to develop its potential in terms of business.
